Can we extend our package time? – Yes, we are flexible with your function duration and can extend your package until 1am. Due to responsible service of alcohol restrictions, drinks service will cease at this time however your group can remain in the function area if desired.
We don’t require accommodation, do we have to take the accomodation package? – Yes, for the comfort of all guests we limit the access to the property to wedding guests only. As such, the full accommodation package applies to all weddings.
Can we BYO Alcohol? – We do not hold a BYO license therefore outside beverages are prohibited. The only exception to this is the DIY wedding. You caterer must hold a valid liquor license or obtain a temporary license for the evening. Spirits can be provided as a cash bar or bar tab on arrangement.
Can you cater for dietary requirements? – Yes, we are happy to assist with any dietary requirements. Please advise your coordinator when selecting your menu.
We are unsure of our numbers, when do you need to know?– Final numbers for your wedding are required 2 weeks prior to your function. Any drop in numbers within 14 days of your function will be charged in full.
Do you refresh our accommodation? – Your accommodation package includes a 2 night un-serviced stay. Should you wish to pre-arrange for a linen change, a $10 per bed fee will apply. A full room clean and service will be charged at $150 per villa and $50 per chalet. The Bride and Groom’s wedding night accommodation is refreshed free of charge.
Do you have a wet weather ceremony option? – In the case of inclement weather, your ceremony can be moved to the pre dinner area near the Rustic Barn. In the case of severe weather, the ceremony can be held inside the barn at short notice.
Is there a fee to cut our cake? – We are happy to cut your wedding cake and present it on platters free of charge. Should you wish to have your cake bagged, a $1 per person charge applies (bags not supplied)
I do not require all of the reception package inclusions, will this reduce the price? – Our packages and menu’s are flexible should you wish to alter them however our prices are set, therefore removing items will not reduce the price. If the package doesn’t suit your requirements we suggest the DIY package.
Do we need to have a beverage package as not everyone will drink? – Yes, our packages have been devised with this in mind and priced accordingly. The beverage package is also inclusive of soft drinks and staffing which is factored in also. We do not offer an on consumption option with the exception of spirits.
Do you offer amenities for campers? – Our rustic barn has toilet facilities however beyond this we recommend campers share facilities with the housed guests.
